She believes design is not only about interfaces or products, but about shaping the invisible structures that influence how people live, decide, and relate to one another. Every system we design has consequences in real life, and that responsibility guides her work.

She works across disciplines — collaborating with product, business, engineering, and research teams — to build experiences that serve not only individual users, but broader ecosystems.

Inspired by honest design and ethical data practices, Meri draws from figures such as Florence Nightingale, who showed that metrics should illuminate truth rather than feed vanity. Her purpose is to create systems that support informed decisions and generate lasting positive change for people and the planet.
