AI can make a recommendation sound settled even when one missing fact would change everything.

Suppose you ask whether to launch a service, hire for a role, or change a process. You receive a clear answer and a convincing rationale. Before you act, ask one more question:

What information could change this recommendation? Name the most useful thing I should check before deciding.

The answer might point to customer demand, an overlooked cost, or a constraint inside your team. You still have to gather that information. But now you know what to look for.

A useful answer helps you move forward. A better one tells you when to turn around.
