Juleta Pantarotto

Licensed Psychologist (University of Belgrano), with specializations in Human Resources and Management (University of Palermo), Labor Law (IDEA), Psychoanalysis (APDEBA), and Talent Selection (University of Buenos Aires). She is a university professor with extensive experience in organizational development and people management.

She has held executive positions at Hilton Buenos Aires, Schering-Plough Laboratory, and the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games. She currently leads her own talent search and development consultancy and serves as Director of ADHAS, a therapeutic center focused on learning and social skills development for children and young people.
