Marcelo Fabián Martínez is a lawyer, holds a Master’s degree in Magistracy and Judicial Law, and has a degree in Aeronautical and Aerospace Systems. With a solid career combining public administration, security, and the judicial field, he currently serves as Secretary at the Adjunct General Prosecutor’s Office for Labor Matters of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the City of Buenos Aires. He is a former officer of the Argentine Air Force and a military aviator, with extensive experience in university teaching in constitutional law and security. Today, his research and communication focus on the governance, regulation, and ethical impact of artificial intelligence, analyzing how automation transforms law, institutions, and social life.
